Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. Please read them carefully before you check out. If you have questions, email us at info@madaia.ch.

The site is operated by Madaia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Where we say “we”, “us” or “Madaia” in these terms, we mean Madaia Ltd.

We try to describe our products accurately. Colours on a screen may differ slightly from the real piece. Stock and prices are shown on each product page and may change before you place an order.

Prices are shown in your selected currency (GBP or EUR). Where a price displays in EUR, the currency is set at checkout via Stripe and the final amount may include a small variance from card-network FX. UK orders include VAT where applicable.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a piece is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error.

You must be 18 or over to place an order, with the right to use the payment method you choose.

We use Stripe to process payments. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total including delivery. Stripe handles your card details securely; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

UK orders are sent on a tracked service, typically within 2 to 3 working days. European orders are sent on a tracked service, typically within 5 to 7 working days. Free delivery thresholds and fees are shown at checkout in your selected currency.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to ship promptly and will notify you of any delay.

You can return any unworn item with tags attached, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. UK returns are free; outside the UK return shipping is at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Where a piece is faulty or sent in error, we cover return shipping and refund in full, including original delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You may cancel an order any time before dispatch by emailing us. Once dispatched, please use the returns process above.

You agree to use this site only for personal, non-commercial purposes and not in a way that could damage or disrupt it. You may not copy, republish or distribute content from the site without our consent.

All trademarks, logos, designs, photography and copy on this site are owned by Madaia Ltd or our licensors and are protected by UK and international law. The Madaia name and mark may not be used without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items in question.

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page; the version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you place it.
